Mountainview offers both rental homes and homes for sale. A majority of our homes are 2 or 3 bedrooms with 1 to 2 bathrooms. Please contact our Manager at 937-597-2951 to determine current availability.
What lease terms do you offer?
Our standard lease is 12 months.
Can rent go toward a home purchase?
Yes. Please contact our Manager to understand the terms that apply.
Are pets allowed?
Mountainview is pet friendly. We require a non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds.
