Additional Info
- Application Fee: $45/applicant (all occupants 18+ must be approved)
- Water & Sewer: 1–2 bed $40/mo; 3 bed $50/mo
- Trash: $20/month
- Pets: $250 non-refundable fee + $25/month per pet (restrictions apply)
- Rent Credit Program: up to 12 months of rent can be applied toward a home purchase!

Mountainview offers both rental homes and homes for sale. A majority of our homes are 2 or 3 bedrooms with 1 to 2 bathrooms. Please contact our Manager at 937-597-2951 to determine current availability.

Our standard lease is 12 months.

Are pets allowed?
Mountainview is pet friendly. We require a non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds.
